Tim has over a decade of experience in prime residential construction.

Tim started at one of London’s top residential agencies working in the new build residential department before gaining experience working for a Surrey based contractor. He then worked for Ralph Lauren’s shop fitting team, prior to running his own company undertaking residential refurbishments in London. Tim has established a proven track record for delivering bespoke projects for private clients and developers over the past decade. His role as contracts manager includes controlling programmes, budget, and specialist sub contractors.
